BVGSA is a 100% Volunteer-Managed Organization and rely heavily on those that volunteer each season. The organization would not be able to function without the help each season of those that volunteer. The following is a list of all the areas we need volunteers: 

Head Coaches (avg about 40 a season)

Assistant Coaches (avg about 80 a season)

Team Parents (avg about 40 a season)

Board Members (avg about 25 volunteers)

Spring 2025 Important Dates:

February 9th - Spring Evaluations 1:30p-4:30p & Equipment Pick-up

February 11th - Spring Coaches Meeting (Head Coach only) & Draft

February 17th - Coaches Form Due (List Team Volunteers, Jersey Color & sizes)

February 21st - Team Sponsor Name & Logo Due (complete google form & email logo)

February 28th - Team Sponsor Form & Payment Due (give to division coordinator)

March 7th - Volunteer Rules Agreement Due (all volunteers complete)
