Parents/Guardian must register their own players. (i.e. - please do not register players other than your own children under your account)
$25 Cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations that occur before evaluations date.
Once evaluations for the player(s) age division are completed, no refund will be given, with the exception of cancellation for medical reasons. These however must be approved by BVGSA Board.
In the event of extreme circumstances (i.e. cancel the whole or part of the season), the board will meet to determine refunds or credit options based on the expenses incurred by the league up to the date of the cancellation date.
