Welcome to Brazos Valley Girls Softball Association (BVGSA)

BVGSA provides an opportunity for youth girls in the Brazos Valley area to participate and play the game of recreational fast pitch softball. The focus is for the girls to learn leadership skills, good sportsmanship and softball fundamentals enabling the girls to reach their full athletic potential. BVGSA's goal is for the girls to develop softball skills in coordination with developing friendships and sportsmanship in a positive environment.

To achieve this, BVGSA will provide a supervised program under the rules and regulations of USA Softball. Please bear in mind that the attainment of championships and winning is secondary to the development of leadership skills, good sportsmanship, individual softball skills, life responsibilities, strong moral character, and having fun.

Spring 2026 SEASON: Registration for SPRING 2026 season is OPEN. BVGSA offers an opportunity for girls ages 4-16 of the Brazos Valley and surrounding areas to learn leadership skills, good sportsmanship and softball fundamentals, enabling the girls to reach their full athletic potential in a positive environment.

WAITLIST INFORMATION: Divisions might close earlier than normal due to the city reducing the fields BVGSA can use. If you are waitlisted, you will be notified of your registration status VIA EMAIL about 4 days after registration closes (Jan. 29th). There is a chance you can be accepted before the deadline. Please do not email the league about a waitlist status until 5 days after registration closes, if you have not received an email from the league by then please reach out to us.
